The PACT is a collective of driven young professionals, striving to build an ecosystem of collaborative dispute resolution. We invite you to join and help The PACT develop this initiative: share your expertise, resources, contacts and knowledge for the benefit of India’s Mediation culture and the next generation of next generation of arbitration and mediation advocates.
We are getting there together
The PACT has become a household name in almost every major law school in India. It offers a wide range of training programs and workshops in alternative and consensual dispute resolution, all tailored for various audiences like student, young and senior practitioners, neutrals, users, teachers, and others. In all its initiatives, The PACT has collaborated and worked hand-in-hand with several ADR organizations and institutions.
