Arbitration Training
In 2018, Under it’s academic wing, The Global Academy for Advocacy in Dispute Resolution (GAADR), The PACT launched first launched India’s first week-long resort residential training in Arbitration Advocacy for professional lawyers in Goa and followed it up the same year with the country’s first Arbitration-Mediation Mediation Summit for law students in New Delhi, in association with the Society of Construction Law. Our Arbitration Trainings for Professionals focus on the Role of an Arbitration Counsel in both, Domestic and International Arbitration.
Our International Arbitration Advocacy Trainings for professionals are hosted in New Delhi. The Two-Day Training offers participants a unique perspective into International Commercial Arbitration and equips them with the skills to kick start their career. The trainers are practitioners who are actively involved in Arbitration.
